Wow, what a great gig at the Bird In Hand this week. We all love playing the Bird but there was something a little special this time. Premiered a few new tunes which are likely to be on the next album, they went down really well. Great gig. Can't wait to get back.
Rupert decided he needed a break and decided to part company with us, but fortunately John Marter who stepped in for us when Rupert had Covid has been happy to take up the post on a semi-permanent basis and has been with us for the last five gigs. I think it is fair to say we are all enjoying playing alongside him and love the changes he has brought to the music...
Splinter have just finished recording their follow up to Bitter Rain and currently mastering the final mixes for the new album. It is called Spark and should be available at the forthcoming gigs.
After the success of Bitter Rain, Splinter are now recording a much anticipated follow up. No title yet, but sounding pretty good so far.
Splinter have been recording an Album over the last few months - Titled Bitter Rain, it will be available from this site soon or, we will be playing tracks from it at our Gigs this year so come over and have a listen and if you like them we will have some with us...
